New enemies and play speed!

Hey!
This week we've added two new enemies: The explosive gobbo, carrying a big explosive casket that will blow up on impact, and the red ghost, an enemy that is immune to damage and will deal heavy damage to you if they catch you!
Both are two enemies that you want to stay far away from :)

We've also added the option to adjust the game speed. In the 'escape' menu, you can toggle which speed you want to play at, if you prefer a more fast-paced experience.
